I am sure most of you have heard of Patricia Cota-Robles she has been a guiding light for decades.
At present she is presenting the 35th Annual World Congress of Illumination.

It is so important right now that we hold the highest Light from our Soul Source Self and open our hearts fully in Divine Love in amongst the crazy situations that are happening.
I haven’t had the energy for a newsletter recently, even though lots has been happening as I am experiencing at state of BEing rather than doing and in a major transition period.
My body has been going through it big time and I need all my energy for myself at present.
I will explain things once I am fully out the other side, so please don’t email and ask.
See myself and everyone else as whole, healed, open hearted, at peace, fully connected right in this Now Moment. That is the greatest gift you can give.

When I first heard a friend tell me about this David Icke video, without watching it I instantly saw on the inner some ETs writing a program re cancer in me and I exposed them told them to take it out, cleared through all worlds and dimensions time and space to zero point and offered them to move into the Love, and the Light will not burn them. There is no judgment or punishment it is only an experience after all.
Instantly I saw all these 0’sand 1’s coming down from my body and out, I felt so energised for days afterwards.
More recently I decided there must be master programs, so thought there has to be a master program for Life Depletion and knowing that Love is the answer I put myself into the centre of the master program and Loved it. Instantly I got pains and spasms in my abdomen so went and sat outside on the earth and decided to just change the channel by imagining I was holding a dial and turned it, instantly the pain and spasms went and things are shifting big time in lots of ways.
On the inner for humanity I feel we are now at a turning point and a friend who alwayschecks on the inner everyday to see what’s up saw the new Sun rising the other day.

TO MOVE BEYOND 5G and 6G
We are ONE with everything and all is PURE LOVE. But as we know it’s a process to come from that space fully.
I did get told that if enough of us ask the GALACTIC FEDERATION TO HELP TO STOP 5G AND 6G (when AI controls everything, already in the pipeline) THEN THEY WILL STEP IN. BUT AS YOU KNOW THEY COME FROM NON-INTERFERENCE SO HAVE TO BE ASKED BY ENOUGH OF US.

As you know being in nature, on the Earth the best place to be for any inner unification and inner awareness work. Drinking lots of water. Get lots of rest.
Don’t forget to deep breathe, the secret is in the breath. (Not a lot of different pranayamas as they can be too much for many), but deep abdominal breathing to connect, centre, get out of the mind and Be, allow, surrender and embrace. Simple is best.
The unconditional love and acceptance of all aspects of self.
As our own personal grids are merging, time lines merging, multi-selves are merging, this can be overwhelming. You may not sense it as subtle energies like this, but there might be a lot going on in your life right night with family dramas, or health issues, or too much work, money problems. However it comes to us as a gift to show us that we need to take a pause, give ourselves time and go within and love and accept what it is showing
us about ourselves still not loved.
Simply go into the part of your body in pain or sore or out of balance. Ask it what it’s showing you, trust whatever word, thought or image comes to you. Make sure you are connected first.
Do the deep breathing and love and acceptance, golden light or 13 rays of the rainbow new paradigm energies into it. Align with you higher self and multi-d selves who you might perceive as guides, masters, and angels, Light beings, but are all you in the greater reality.
See yourself as whole and healed.
Draw a picture of how you look truly.
Reset the old programs are resolved through your love and acceptance and the new programs from the radiance of your true essence are now able to shine through every cell of your body and energy bodies.
Be aware of your connection to the Earth and Stars that flow through you both ways.
To be one with the Source within.
